Define the problem before choosing the tool
The Humanized AI School Blueprint starts from a human-centered purpose: technology should support learning and the people who make it possible. Translate that purpose into one observable problem. Perhaps learners cannot find current practice materials, or staff repeat the same clarification every week. Record what you actually know before choosing a platform. A request for ‘more AI’ is not yet an educational objective.
Separate an aspiration from an established result. The book describes an ambitious vocational-school model rooted in LBA. This course uses those themes for planning; it does not independently verify every described system, outcome, or national-first claim. Treat proposed capabilities as hypotheses to investigate. An attractive demonstration is not evidence of reliable operation with your learners, staff, and constraints.
Choose a small scope, an accountable person, and a way to judge usefulness. Consult instructors and learners without collecting unnecessary personal information. State what the project will not change, including required instruction or professional responsibilities. Success might mean people find the approved resource more easily; it need not mean replacing teachers, installing AI everywhere, or making a promise about examination results.
