See a person, not a price tag
Humanization means treating another person as someone with dignity, agency, and a point of view, not merely as a sale or a problem to remove. A person does not earn basic respect through income, productivity, education, confidence, or agreement with you. You can evaluate a service request without evaluating the worth of the person making it.
Di Tran’s book connects self-reflection and service with business. This course turns those themes into observable decisions: what you ask, promise, charge, protect, and correct. It does not teach that confidence guarantees wealth or that hardship shows weak character. Resources, circumstances, market demand, and other factors also affect outcomes.
Choose one ordinary, low-risk interaction to rehearse. Use invented details, paper, or the private workbook. Describe what a person needs and what remains unknown. A respectful response can include a limit or a refusal. The test is whether you explain it truthfully and preserve the other person’s choice, not whether everyone agrees.
