A launch is a small beginning
A life launch can be a first job search, a return after a break, or a more organized week. The book emphasizes doing useful work instead of waiting for perfect confidence. Start with one task you can finish and inspect: a resume draft, an interview rehearsal, or a calendar with the next deadline.
Separate an action from an outcome. You can prepare an application carefully; you cannot guarantee an interview or job. A draft can show preparation even when a hiring decision is pending. Choose a modest definition of done and a date to review it, rather than a promise about what other people will do.
